By accessing or using LetShoot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
LetShoot connects clients with independent photographers and videographers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication.
3. User Accounts
You must provide valid account information, be at least 18 years old, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed after successful payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay and may include applicable GST and platform fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling depends on timing, booking status, and platform policy. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method.
6. Cameraman Obligations
Cameramen must keep accurate profiles, complete required verification, and maintain professional conduct for accepted bookings.
7. Disputes
Disputes should be raised promptly. LetShoot may review evidence and make a final platform decision.
8. Intellectual Property
Delivered photos and videos belong to the client unless separately agreed. Portfolio use may be allowed unless confidentiality is requested.
9. Limitation of Liability
LetShoot is a marketplace and is not liable for indirect losses or service quality beyond the platform role allowed by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
